Please note that Kana Beverages collects and retains information regarding visitors to the site and products purchased for the following purposes:

Advising customers of new offers

If so requested we may make the requested correction or attach a note to the record recording that a request for correction was made but not acted upon. By placing an order for product through the site you are also expressly authorising clemengoldgin.co.nz to provide your details as entered on the site (including without limit your name, address, phone numbers and credit card details) to suppliers so they can process your payment for orders placed with them for products and arrange for the delivery of those products to you (clemengoldgin.co.nz does not retain any details relating to credit cards used to order products). We reserve the right to decline to add you to our database at any time, to remove your details from our database at any time and/or to block you from accessing the site at any time at our sole discretion.

Users who login have their IP addresses recorded. This information will only be provided to legal authorities in cases of suspected fraud or for law enforcement purposes. This information is stored securely and will not be provided to other members or non-authorised parties.

Where you submit or post any comment or material on the site, it becomes the property of clemengoldgin.co.nz Your first name only (i.e. not your surname) will be used beside the post. If you wish only to be identified by your first initial (e.g. R for Richard) then you must select that option under the settings tab. If you select to upload your photo, it will appear with your comments also.

You agree that any such comment or material (together with your first name only, or your first initial only) can be used, displayed, reproduced, or published by us in any and all media or distribution platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, for an unlimited period and for any reason including but not limited to existing and future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes.
